How I Work

I offer a 'concept to completion' package for all my projects, which may be an Oak
frame only, or preferably, a complete structure to include frame design, cut and erection, all building works, insulation, plumbing, wiring and final finishes..

As each structure is unique, so too, are
the project elements. In all cases I provide a personal, transparent, 'hands-on' approach to ensure that both our expectations are fully met..

I only undertake one project at a time using traditional, handcrafted construction methods to ensure that whatever I build will stand the test of time..

The process starts with a free, initial site discussion. From this I provide a general
concept layout and budget costing.

Once accepted, a detailed quotation is built up incorporating all your required elements.

If you require a planning application or listed building consent I will process this for you.

Upon receipt of your order and deposit payment the materials will be sourced and the build commences.

Further stage payments will be included depending on the contract value with the final payment being due on completion.
